Situation

The apartment is located the cliffs of Balscadden bay, Howth, Co Dublin.

Task

To reimagine and update an 80's two-bedroom flat on the cliffs of Balscadden bay, Howth.

Action

The sitting room window was small but had a wonderful view of the bay! The back wall window was enlarged as far as the superstructure would allow. The view defined a viewing axis within the floor plan, thus enabling uninterrupted sea views from within the apartment! Bespoke furniture maximising storage was paramount in the design specification.

Result

A modern, warm comfortable interior that maximises space and natural light.
