Situation

The apartment is located the cliffs of Balscadden bay, Howth, Co Dublin.

Task

To envisage & redesign a new home replacing the original 80's two-bedroomed flat..

Action

The property is a corner flat which offers vistas of Balscadden bay. Enlarging window openings was the primary focus. Rearranging the floor space to maximise views and daylight was next. The second small bedroom was removed to enlarge the space with a new sofa bed to take its place. Bespoke furniture including storage spaces was included in the design.

Result

A contemporary, cozy home that emphasizes the fantastic vistas available while maximizing the available space and natural light.
