The coastal commmunity of Howth

Task

To record & document the oral heritage of fishermen that exists outside the harbour of Howth

Action

To convince the fishermen to set a time to come and record their experiences and histories.

Result

A short film celebrating coastal and marine folklore. The aim of the video interviews was to explore Howth fishermen's superstitions, traditions and rich heritage.
